Announcing Our New Fitness Allowance Program

We’re thrilled to announce our new Fitness Allowance Program for our Employer Group members in 2021. Our new Fitness Allowance Program gives members up to $20 a month towards the cost of a fitness class or membership at a participating fitness center.

Who can join? Members and their dependents (18 years and older) can join the program.

How does it work? A debit card pre-loaded with one month of fitness cash will be issued to members when they sign up for the program.

Is a new debit card issued each month? No. To make it easiest for our members, we simply provide a card when a member signs up for the program, and we reload this card with $20 every month.

Does the cash rollover? No. It’s use-it or lose-it, and it doesn’t carry over month-to-month. A new amount will be put on the member’s card each month.

When can members sign up and request their debit card? January 1, 2021.

How can a member sign up? Have your employees visit YourHealthAlliance.org or call the Customer Service number on the back of their member ID card.

Does the debit card work at all fitness centers? The debit card will work at most, but not all, fitness centers. Members can call the Customer Service number on the back of their insurance ID card if they have any questions.
