Health Alliance Northwest Commercial Discontinuation

Effective December 31, 2024, Health Alliance Northwest™ will no longer offer commercial insurance plans.

After careful consideration, Carle Health and Confluence Health, joint owners of Health Alliance Northwest, Inc., have agreed to exit the commercial insurance market as of 12/31/2024. Health Alliance Northwest, Inc. will discontinue providing group insurance products in Washington as of 12/31/2024.

This decision was not taken lightly. We have been proud to offer commercial products to the employers and insurance brokers in North Central Washington for more than 6 years. Health Alliance Northwest is committed to providing a smooth transition of services for employers and members.

To comply with the Washington Office of Insurance Commissioner regulations, Health Alliance Northwest will be sending you, as the employer, and your covered employees/members a notification of termination of coverage, effective December 31, 2024, via a letter mailed at the end of June.
