Nationcare Member Notification

Due to a market disruption beyond our control, employer groups renewing 2/1/2021 or later will no longer have access to Nationcare.  We appreciate the support you’ve shown by working with Health Alliance as we’ve been moving impacted employer groups to an alternative network.

We’re writing to inform you that some members on Nationcare received a letter from National Health Insurance Company notifying them that their coverage with National Health Insurance Company will end the day before the group renews. Ex. Employer groups that renew 2/1/2021, the letter referenced 1/31/2021 and groups renewing 3/1/2021, referenced a term date of 2/28/2021.  Employer groups renewing 2/1/2021 or later will no longer have access to Nationcare.  Employer groups renewing 1/1/2021 will continue to have access to NationCare until 12/31/2021.
