Small Group 4th Quarter Renewals Now Available

The 2020 October, November and December small group renewals are now accessible in the Broker and Employer Group Portals at HealthAlliance.org.

Please return the completed Exhibit B and signed Exhibit C as soon as possible to SmallGroup@healthalliance.org as both are required for renewal.
