Update on January Billing StatementsJanuary 8, 2021
We’re writing to inform you that we mailed out January billing statements on December 28, 2020. It’s possible some of our members and employer groups have not received this billing statement quite yet.
If you receive inquiries from your clients wondering where their January billing statement is, please let them know it’s on its way and they should still expect its arrival soon. Please also remind them, and your other clients, that we provide other convenient ways to access premium amounts and billing statements. Individual Medicare and Individual & Family Plan members can access their member portal on hally.com or through the Hally® mobile app and by calling the Member Services phone number on the back of their member ID card. Employer groups can access this information through their employer portal or by calling into customer service.
